This is the type of project where you test your DIY skills by figuring it out step by step. As long as you stick to the basic principles of DIY you will create magic.
We simply made use of old garden tools to create two unique hanging racks. For these projects, you need to build a base (or make use of a piece of wood like a louvre).
We cleaned the metal tools with wire brushes and sprayed them with clear lacquer to protect them (and make them look the part!).
To attach the tools to the backing board, we opted to drill holes through the steel where possible, but you can make use of cable ties or even twine. Be sure to use the correct drill bit when drilling through steel.
