- 625ml flour
- 15ml baking powder
- 160ml castor sugar
- 125ml ground almonds
- 90g unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 310ml buttermilk
- 150g Toblerone, chopped
- Preheat oven to 180⁰C.
- Sift the dry ingredients and set aside.
- Melt the butter and add the egg and buttermilk.
- Fold gently into the dry ingredients.
- Lastly, stir in the Toblerone,
- Place in pre-sprayed muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes.
