Yield: 4 to 6 servings
- 1-400 gram bag of mini marshmallows
- 2 cups of any milk
- 6 to 8 large scoops of your favourite vanilla ice cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Toast the marshmallows on a baking tray under your broiler, (but on the bottom rack of the oven) until puffed and brown, about 6 or 8 minutes. Add the milk, ice cream, vanilla and half the marshmallows to your blender and process until a smooth, thick milkshake forms. Add the remaining marshmallows and give the works a final buzz. Pour into glasses, serve and share!
