- 4 cups (950ml) almonds
- 1/3 cup (80ml) tamari
- 1/8 tsp (1ml) cayenne pepper
- Preheat oven to 350oF (180oC).
- Put almonds on a rimmed baking sheet. Toast in oven a few minutes to heat up.
- Pour tamari in a bowl and add cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add warmed almonds to bowl and toss to coat.
- Return coated almonds to baking tray and put back in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
