Ingredients
- 100g Spaghetti
- flat leaf parsley
- olive oil
- garlic
- 100ml white wine
- 1 chilli
- 100g bread
- 1 lemon
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted boiling water.
- While it is cooking, heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the chilli and garlic.
- Fry for 2 minutes until golden.
- Drain the spag and add to the pan.
- Toss and add the chopped flat leaf parsley. Season with salt and cracked pepper and serve with panagratto
