Sage Walnut Goats Cheese Pesto
Yield: 4-6 servings
- 2 bunches of fresh sage
- ½ cup of walnuts
- 1 cup of your favourite goat cheese
- ½ cup of walnut oil
- Pulse all the ingredients together in your food processor or blender until combined.
- Add a splash more walnut oil if needed to get a spreadable texture.
- Smear on a crostini and enjoy!
