You will need:

Follow these steps:
- Draw out a pattern on paper that is based on the size of a normal kiddies scooter. Play around until you get the right shape.
- Trace around the paper pattern onto the plywood.
- Use a jigsaw to cut out the shape mirror this shape onto another side and cut shape out again.
- Make spacers the same width as the wheel axles by cutting small pieces of wood to size.
- Place a spacer between the two sides near the rear wheel, seat post and steering column
- Use screws to attach sides together using the spacers to attach
- Cut out and attach filler side panels using paper templates that you can draw out first
- Cut out seat upright
- Attach seat post/upright
- Cut out seat, router and sand
- Drill holes for back wheel
- Cut out front design (again using a template that you can draw out)
- Put in brace pieces for the wheels
- Drill holes for front wheel
- Cut out headlight with router
- Sand and router
- Cut out and attach front filler panel
- Attach front to the sides using a long bolt and make steering column
- Make and attach dashboard and handle bar holder
- Make handle bar and end caps using thick curtain rod
- Sand and varnish
- Spray seat, headlight and handlebar and attach
- Assemble wheels using the right axle thread that matches the thread on the wheels
- Base your scooter on an existing scooter or bicycle to get your sizing correct and to get the right wheels
