In this brand new BBC show, our dynamic duo compete against each other to find one puzzled family their perfect new property – but will they chose one of Jonnie’s rundown renovation projects or a ready to move in to home hand picked by Jane?

Episode 1 – Tony and Pauline Robinson

Staffordshire – £350K
New Series: Property experts Jonnie Irwin and Jane Farnham hunt for run down renovation projects and ready to move in to homes.  Beekeeper Tony and his wife Pauline are searching for the good life in Staffordshire.  They have £350K to spend but with Jonnie and Jane’s help will it be a Wreck or will it be a Ready?

Episode 2 – Jim and Beverley England

Hertfordshire – £430K
New Series: Biker Jim & beautician Beverley are looking for their dream home in Hertfordshire.  While property expert Jonnie Irwin shows them the potential in “do-er uppers” Jane Farnham offers up some ready to move in to homes.  With £430K to spend, will it be a Wreck or will it be a Ready?

Episode 3 – Clare and John McColl

Central Scotland – £700K
New series: Property experts Jonnie Irwin and Jane Farnham are on hand to help Clare and John today.  Jane panders to Clare’s desires for a perfect home while Jonnie tempts John with some renovation projects.  With £700K to spend in Central Scotland, will they choose a Wreck or a Ready?

Episode 4 – Tishara Arnold and Elizabeth Panickar

West Kent – £460K
New series: Property experts Jonnie Irwin and Jane Farnham are on the hunt for run down renovation projects and perfect pads.  Single mum Tish and her Australian based mother need a home for three generations.  With £460K to spend in Kent they need a place with an annexe, so will it be a Wreck or can they find a Ready?

Episode 5 – William and Sharon Hopley

Woodbridge, Suffolk – £450K
New Series: Tony and Sharon are escaping London with their two daughters for a quiet life in the country.  While property expert Jane Farnham teases them with some “that’ll do nicely” homes, Jonnie Irwin tries to tempt them with his “do-er uppers”.  With £450K to spend will they choose a Wreck or will it be a Ready?

Episode 6 – David and Joan Stoakes

Perthshire – £240K
New series: Property whizzes Jonnie Irwin and Jane Farnham search for renovation projects and perfect pads.  Retired couple David and Joan are living in their motor home and need help.  With £240K to spend in Perthshire, could David be getting his spirit level out for a Wreck or will Joan be hanging her net curtains in a Ready?

Episode 7 – Nick and Louise Plumb

South Glamorgan – £450K
New series: Motorbike mad Nick and stay at home mum, Louise, are desperate to move out of a rented house into a family home.  Property experts Jane and Jonnie show them what’s out there. With £450K to spend in South Glamorgan will they be tempted by one of Jonnie’s rundown Wrecks or Jane’s perfect Readies?

Episode 8 – Simon Gallagher and Nicola Smith

West Sussex/Surrey – £750K
New series: Soon to be married Simon and Nicola are desperate to find a new home before the big day.  While Jonnie Irwin shows them rundown renovation projects, Jane Farnham presents two perfect pads.  With £750K to spend in The Home Counties and the wedding day approaching, should they choose a Wreck or a Ready?

Episode 9 – Sarah and Ben Long

Bristol – £450K
New series: Ben and Sarah are still looking for their dream home after seeing a whopping 50 houses.  Property experts Jonnie Irwin and Jane Farnham or on hand to help.  With £450K to spend in Bristol could they finally find what they’ve been looking for in a renovation project or ready to move into home?

Episode 10 – David and Susan Richardson

South West Wales – £230K
New series: Property experts Jonnie Irwin and Jane Farnham are on the hunt for renovation projects and perfect pads.  Today they are helping handyman David and his childhood sweetheart Susan realise their dream in South West Wales.  With £230K to spend will their idea of a dream with a Wreck or Ready?

Episode 11 – Geoff and Claire

East Sussex – £650K
New series: Marketing director Geoff and wife Claire are looking for a family home.  After 2 years in rented accommodation they have called the experts, Jonnie Irwin and Jane Farnham.  With £650K to spend in Sussex, will they choose a rundown Wreck in need of renovation or will it be a Ready to move in to home?

Episode 12 – Sarah and James Appleby

North Kent – £580K
New series: Tri-athletes Sarah and James, living in rented accommodation with their 18 month old son, are keen to find their forever home.  Jonnie is there to show them renovation projects they can get stuck in to and Jane shows them some perfect homes. With £580K to spend in Kent, will they choose a Wreck or a Ready?

Episode 13 – Claudia and Romeo 

Newcastle – £190K
New series: with a new business and a new baby Claudia and Romeo barely have time for house hunting.  Professionals Jonnie Irwin and Jane Farnham are on hand to help.  With £190K to spend in Newcastle will they choose a Ready to move in to home or a Wreck ripe for renovation?

Episode 14 – Chie and David McKendrick

Central Scotland – £365K

Episode 15 – Matt and Emma Price

Cotswolds – £350K
New series: Emma and Matthew are back in the UK after 4 years in Australia, and with a toddler in tow they are looking for a family home.  Property whizzes Jonnie and Jane and helping them search in the Cotswolds.  With a £350K budget will they pick a project that is a Wreck or a perfect pad that’s Ready?
