
Pink Lemonade
Ingredients
- 250ml sugar
- 1 liter water
- grated rind of 1 large lemon
- 250ml lemon juice
- 250ml cranberry juice
Method
- Combine the sugar, water and lemon rind in a saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and cranberry juice.
- Chill well.
- Serve diluted to taste with still or sparkling water and lots of ice.
