Router | Frame front 1500mm x 300 mm – 1 piece |
PEX 300 sander (New one) | Back side pieces 1500 x 80 – 2 pieces |
PSR 18 cordless drill driver | Legs 150mm x 600mm – 1 piece |
PSR 1080 screw driver | Perspex sheet (we will cut to fit each photo) there is in the garage |
PSR select screw driver | Masonite 3mm – cut to fit each photo frame – There is in the workshop |
PFS Spray gun | cup hooks 4 |
Jigsaw blades for cutting perspex | chain – thin type +/- 500 mm |
hinges – small x 2 | |
4 x 25mm screws | |
glass clips – Flush mount type. (the type you have is not flush) | |
glue | |
wood filler | |
varnish |
Follow these steps
- Cut front to size
- Mark out middle and where each photo will go
- Cut out each rectangle for photo
- Rout edges in front
- Rout inlay for glass
- Cut out back side slats and attach to the back
- Draw out shape for each side and cut
- Sand smooth on edges
- Cut out legs
- Cut out perspex and round corners
- Cut masonite to same size as perspex
- Sand
- Varnish
- Assemble legs
- Attach cup hooks and chain
- Fit photos, masonite and glass clips on back of perspex
