You will need

Tools Materials
Jigsaw 16mm Supa wood (there is enough in the workshop)
Router Frame front 1500mm x 300 mm – 1 piece 
PEX 300 sander (New one) Back side pieces 1500 x 80 – 2 pieces
PSR 18 cordless drill driver Legs 150mm x 600mm – 1 piece
PSR 1080 screw driver Perspex sheet  (we will cut to fit each photo) there is in the garage
PSR select screw driver Masonite 3mm – cut to fit each photo frame – There is in the workshop
PFS Spray gun cup hooks 4 
Jigsaw blades for cutting perspex chain – thin type +/- 500 mm
  hinges – small x 2
  4 x 25mm screws
  glass clips – Flush mount type. (the type you have is not flush)
  glue
  wood filler
  varnish

Follow these steps

  1. Cut front to size
  2. Mark out middle and where each photo will go
  3. Cut out each rectangle for photo
  4. Rout edges in front
  5. Rout inlay for glass
  6. Cut out back side slats and attach to the back
  7. Draw out shape for each side and cut
  8. Sand smooth on edges
  9. Cut out legs
  10. Cut out perspex and round corners
  11. Cut masonite to same size as perspex
  12. Sand
  13. Varnish
  14. Assemble legs
  15. Attach cup hooks and chain
  16. Fit photos, masonite and glass clips on back of perspex
