Yields: 4 servings
- 1 pound Jerusalem artichokes, halved (450 g)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (45 ml)
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven at 350 ˚F (180 ˚C).
- Cut artichokes in half.
- In a bowl, mix everything together. Place on a baking tray, flesh side down and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until caramelized and tender.
