Oven Roasted Jerusalem Artichokes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Jerusalem artichokes, halved (450 g)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (45 ml)
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven at 350 ˚F (180 ˚C).
  2. Cut artichokes in half.
  3. In a bowl, mix everything together. Place on a baking tray, flesh side down and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until caramelized and tender.
