This is the lemonade that my sister and I used to make when we were little and my children make it now – of course add some limes if you wish but I love the simple lemon and honey flavour.

Ingredients
- 150g (6ozs) honey
- 50ml (2fl ozs) water
- 500ml (18fl ozs) water
- 4 lemons
- ice to serve
Method
- Place the honey and 50ml (2fl ozs) water in a saucepan and heat up just enough to liquify the honey
