Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) yogurt
  • 3 cups (720 ml) frozen mango cubes
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
  • ½ cup (120 ml) ice
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon (1 ml) cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon (1 ml) salt

Method:

  1. Add yogurt, frozen mango cubes, milk, honey, ice, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. Sprinkle of cardamom and cinnamon, to garnish
  3. Pour into 4 frosty glasses. Serve with a sprinkle of cardamom and cinnamon.
