Mango and Banana Smoothie
Makes 550mls and serves 3-4
What a healthy and nice way to start the day?!
- 1 ripe mango,
- Stone removed and flesh roughly chopped
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 200ml (7fl.oz) natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp lime / lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 200ml ice (optional)
**Put all the ingredients (including the ice if using) into a liquidiser, and whiz up.
Taste for lime juice and honey
