Here are the steps for the head board
(Material list includes the lattice and the sun lounger)
- Frame
- Draw and mark pilot holes where each sides fits to the front.
- Assemble sides to front
- Router edges and design
- Join two legs to upper beam
- Fill gaps and screw holes
- Sand and varnish
- Back board
- Drill pilot holes where backing board fits to frame
- Cover with leather
- Glue foam to insert boards
- Cover with material
- Put on buttons
- Fasten to backing board
- Fasten backing board to frame And that’s how we get it done
