• Pine 38mm
• 1600 x 600 – 1 piece not warped!! (If you can’t get 38/40mm then get two pieces of 20mm and laminate it together)
• 114mm x 38mm
• 900mm x 4 pieces
• 1200mm x 8 pieces
• 448 mm x 9 pieces
• Pine 20mm
• 1200mm x 525mm x 2 pieces
• 1600mm x 200mm x 1 piece
• 38 x 38mm cleats x 1200mm – 4 pieces
• 4 x 70mm screws
• 4 x 40mm chipboard screws
• Wood glue
• Water based varnish – 1 litre

Steps

1. Laminate two top boards and let dry.
2. Build three frames for top middle and bottom.
3. Join legs onto frames.
4. Join top onto frame.
5. Router top.
6. Sand and varnish.
