Lobster Mashed Potatoes

Yield:  4 – 6 servings



  1. Place potatoes into a stove top steamer and steam until very tender when pierced with a knife.
  2. Meanwhile gently heat the milk and butter together.
  3. Pour water out of steamer pot and put the steamed potatoes into the pot. 
  4. Add hot milk and butter mixture, green onions, parsley and salt and pepper and mash. 
  5. Add chopped lobster meat and mix well.
