From overflowing sinks to compulsive collecting — from mountains of laundry to extreme clutter, Kim Woodburn is determined to stamp out the offensive behavior and totally reform her charges. 

But can she and her helpful assistant, Mike Chalut, truly transform these innocents of etiquette? 

And will they be up to snuff for Kim’s ultimate challenge?

Episode 1: The BlacksPreview

The Black family home is an outrageous mess that’s filled with dirty laundry, discarded toys, and plenty of useless junk.  A stay-at-home single mom, Benita wants to go back to work eventually…  But with four kids and a grueling non-stop routine, she fears she’ll never get her life in order. That’s where domestic diplomats — Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut — come in.  They vow to purge the house of its clutter, get the family to communicate, and create a master plan for the Black’s dizzying schedule…  But will they be able to convince Mom to let go andget the kids to carry their own weight? 

Episode 2: The Goode’s

With four kids, five dogs, and a relentless schedule, the Goode family home has become a disaster zone of dirty laundry, wall-to-wall clutter, and the most awkward sleeping arrangements imaginable.  They all blame one another for their unbearable chaos and chronic tardiness…  But no one is willing to give Mom a hand with the chores. That’s where domestic diplomats — Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut — come in.  They vow to clean up the mess, purge the home of clutter, and get the family to work together as a team…  But can they get them to take responsibility andstop playing the blame game?

Episode 3:The Edward’s

The Edwards have three daughters, a huge chaotic house, and a staggering collection of games, toys, and animals. Their attic is an out-of-bounds dumping ground, and their dining room contains a broken couch, an office, and a tank of turtles that smell like a sewer. The kids think it’s funny. Dad doesn’t care… But the never-ending hurricane is driving Mom crazy. That’s where domestic diplomats — Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut — come in. They vow to clean up the mess, and get the family to show more pride in their home, their belongings, and their family… But are the Edwards’ pack-rat ways beyond rehabilitation?

Episode 4: The Tetreault’s

Mark and Leslie are busy professional musicians who dream of turning their home into a peaceful retreat… But with their three kids running wild, the floors are always dirty, the living room is a disaster, and there is clutter and chaos everywhere. To top it all off, no one is being held accountable for their actions — because Mom and Dad don’t practice what they preach. That’s where domestic diplomats — Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut — come in. Determined to clean up the mess, they vow to give Mom and Dad a crash course in leading by example… But are the Tetreault’s ready to follow through and change their ways?

Episode 5: The Gallea’s

Ever since Dad ripped apart their home to renovate ten years ago, the Gallea’s have not entertained. After all, their master bedroom is a dumping ground, they wash their dishes in the bathtub, and their living room houses a computer, an aquarium, and a bed. Not a single room in their house functions as it should… And with a teenage girl and a toddler, that spells disaster. That’s where domestic diplomats — Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut — come in. Determined to clean up the mess, they vow to set the family straight, teach them to finish what they start, and restore the house to working condition. The Galle’s admit things have to change… But will they commit to seeing it through?

Episode 6: The Hurd’s

A creative duo with two small children, the Hurd’s are drowning in chaos, clutter and relentless responsibilities. Like a giant disorganized playpen, every room in their home has become a repository for assorted junk. The kitchen is a disaster, they eat on the couch among the diapers and wet wipes, and no one is willing to clean it all up. That’s where domestic diplomats — Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut — come in. Determined to clean up the mess, they vow to get the couple to grow up and take their household chores seriously. Eric and Jessica say they’re desperate for order… But are they truly willing to change their ways?

Episode 7: The Breens

The Breen family home is a multi-level mess where cobwebs hang from the ceiling, and where laundry, dust and dog hair are piled up everywhere. A single mother with a full-time job, Vicki’s two kids treat her like a personal servant… And she’s so busy being their maid, chauffeur, and bank, that she has no time to herself or to get her house in order. They vow to help Vicki take control of her household, and get the kids to take some initiative… But can they get through to the admittedly lazy teens? And just how will they respond to authority?

Episode 8: The Cheshire’s

An overscheduled family with two active daughters, the Cheshires are way too busy to take care of their chores at home. As a result, their bedrooms are a disaster, their kitchen table is piled high with paperwork, and their basement is overflowing with clutter. That’s where domestic diplomats — Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut — come in. They vow to clean up the mess, get the family to spend more time together, and teach them that there’s more to life than hobbies. The Cheshires say they’re ready for a change… But are they truly ready to roll up their sleeves?

Episode 9: The Alexander-Bapties

From the remote control to the family cat, the Alexander-Bapties have lost track of everything inside their home…  And when it comes to managing the mayhem, Mom is on her own.  No one takes responsibility for their stuff…  And no one lifts a finger to help out.  With a home-based business, busy family schedule, and overwhelming backlog of laundry and collectibles, the mess has become unbearable for all. That’s where domestic diplomats — Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut — come in.  Determined to clean up the mess, they vow to set the family straight, teach Dad and the kids to pitch in, and restore the house to working condition…  But can they get the family to work as a team and take responsibility for themselves?

Episode 10: The Medina’s

In the karaoke-loving Medina household, Mom does all the work…  And then complains that no one ever helps out.  Her husband and three adult children are happy to take advantage…  But since Priscilla has her own way of doing things and won’t use the dryer, they also have to put up with laundry and knickers hanging everywhere. That’s where domestic diplomats — Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut — come in.  They vow to give Priscilla some assertiveness training, and are determined to teach her brood some desperately needed life skills, too…  But can they first get them to think as a team?

Episode 11: The Gaboury’s

The Gaboury household is filled with hockey equipment and the signature smell that goes with it…  And since they devote all their free time to sports, the family’s house is an overflowing mess.  The basement is disorderly, every surface is covered with stuff, and Mom’s piles of paperwork are scattered throughout the home. That’s where domestic diplomats — Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut — come in.  They vow to create a foolproof storage system, turn chaos into order, and get the Gabourys to play as a team…  But can they motivate them to get started?

Episode 12: The Beck’s

The Becks could use a huge house and a storage system… But with five kids, a tiny house, and a jam-packed schedule, they are drowning in chaos. They receive loads of hand-me-downs… But nothing ever gets put away or thrown out. Beyond the heaps of discarded clothing, the family’s sleeping arrangements are a mess… And while the girls are expected to do their chores, Dad actually pays the boys to help out. That’s where domestic diplomats — Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut — come in. In what may be their biggest challenge yet, they vow to save the family from themselves, and vow to get the Becks to work as a team… But can they conquer the family’s bad habits?

In the Morgan Mackenzie household, loads of stuff comes in… but nothing ever goes out. Self-confessed packrats with a serious penchant for shopping, the family’s majestic heritage house has become a bulging storage container for junk of all kinds… And now that two of her grown kids are preparing to move out, Mom is afraid of getting stuck with the mess. They vow to purge the family’s home of clutter, teach the Morgan Mackenzies how to organize their lives, and get them to exercise restraint in their shopping habits… But can they set this family straight?
