Kids Party Food – Soldiers

Ingredients

• white spelt sourdough
• rye sourdough
• sugar free jam like St Dalfour or Charles jacquin
• 1-cup raw cashews
• 1-cup Bonsoy

Method

Cook cashews in the Bonsoy until soft, then blend with a little of the milk.
Mixture should form a paste.
Cut crusts of bread.
Using 3 pieces of bread to make little soldiers, layer one layer with nut butter and two with jam.
Reverse this on the next sandwich.
Cut bread into 3-4 strips, depending on size of bread.
