In this season of Guiding You Home we explore these changing trends and take a look at how South African real estate professionals keep up with the changing property landscape as they attempt to match prospective buyers with their dream homes.

The Home Channel brings you a brand new season of Guiding You Home. In this season, we meet thirteen sets of home buyers, each hoping to either enter the property market, add to their portfolio or looking for the next place that they can call home. But buying a property is not that easy, so, these prospective homebuyers will be guided to their dream home by some of SA’s top real estate agents. We journey with them through some of the country’s most sought after, yet affordable residential suburbs and we take a peak at what your money can buy you in these areas. Episode 1 – Tania

Tania, a five star hotel manager is looking for a home that reflects her glamorous lifestyle where she can entertain her high-profile friends. Real estate agent, Elina Iordanova feels confident that Meyersdal, south of Johannesburg, offers the lifestyle that Tania is looking for.

Episode 2 – Richelle and Ewald

Young family, Richelle, Ewald and baby Jayden are renting at the moment. They are hoping to purchase their first family home. Real estate agent Louize Swart is excited to show this young family what listings she has on offer in Centurion.

Episode 3 – Louise and Magnus

Louise and Magnus are looking for that weekend breakaway home in Hartbeespoort where they can escape to tranquillity. Real estate professional Etienne Durandt can’t wait to show this couple what their money can buy them in the Hartbeespoort Dam area in the North West.

Episode 4 – Erika and Nick

Episode 13 – Elana and Anthony

After twenty seven years in their current home Elana and Anthony has decided that they need a fresh start in Johannesburg’s North Eastern suburbs. They call on the services of real estate professional Deena Pitum to hopefully guide them to their new family home.
