- 1 x 360g Rib of aged beef
- 1 white onion
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp sour cream (or crème fraiche)
- 1 lemon
- Dijon mustard
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- Season the rib eye with salt and cracked pepper.
- Grill for sixminutes on each side and rest for five-mins.
- Shred the onions very finely and add the sour cream (or crème fraiche) and Dijon, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
