Grilled Feta Greek Salad

Serves 2



  1. To make the dressing, whisk together the vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the cucumber, tomato, olives, onion, mint and parsley between serving plates. Brush the feta with oil.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook the feta for 2 minutes each side or until golden.
  4. Place on top of the salad.
  5. Spoon the dressing over the salad to serve.
