Just because you can’t go for that invigorating run doesn’t mean you can’t get a good cardio workout. As tough as it might be to know that you aren’t allowed to head out and hit the street, or get those laps in at the pool, there are many other ways that you can get your heart pumping while confined to your own property. All you need is a few stairs and you’re good to go! And for those who feel like now is the time to start an exercise regime, great! But you don’t have to become a fitness model in three weeks.
