Material List: Tools:
Meranti or Saligna 20mm (No Pine – the heat of the fire will buckle it) Cordless drill drivers
Leg fronts – 150mm x 1150mm – 2 pieces IXO with angle head
Leg sides – 80 mm x 1150 mm – 4 pieces Router
Skirt front – 150mm x 1040 mm – 1 piece PSM Sander
Skirt sides 150mm x 80 mm – 2 pieces Eccentric Sander
Top 1 – 1080 mm x 140mm – 1 piece Angle Grinder with multi construction discs (skinny ones)
Top 2 – 1120 mm x 160mm – 1 piece  
Top 3 – 1160 mm x 180mm – 1 piece  
70mm x 700 mm – 1 piece  
110 mm x 110 mm – 2 piece  
100 mm x 150mm – 2 pieces  
190 mm x 150mm – 2 pieces  
20 x 20mm cleats 1000mm – 8 pieces (can also be pine)  
wood Glue  
4 x 40mm screws  
Wood filler to match wood  
Teak oil  

Fire Place Mantle.

Legs (hollow type – gives impression its bigger)
– mark, measure and drill Pilot holes on cleats.
– join front to sides with cleats
– attach feet/skirt
– router design on legs

Top – skirt
– mark, measure and drill Pilot holes on cleats.
– router decor parts
– attach decor parts to the front of skirt
– attach “sides” (top and bottom)

Top – tiered
– Mark and drill where three tops join together
– router all three tops
– Join together
– Attach tops to skirt

Assemble legs to the skirt and top.

Sand and oil with teak Oil.
