ST LEONARDS ON SEA & MANCHERSTER
George visits Ben at his ground floor apartment in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex. George’s challenge is to turn a grand drawing room with sea views into a cool, elegant kitchen-diner and create rich, opulent schemes for a bedroom and study.

LEICESTER & BRIXTON
George helps Leicester couple James and Drew restore their period house, reclaiming its classic Georgian dimensions and features. In Brixton, a Victorian living room has had all its period features replaced with 70s kitsch and fake Tudor.

NEWQUAY In this art deco special, George takes on a challenging period property in Newquay, Cornwall. When Gareth and Frances Jenkins bought an ugly-looking pebble-dashed bungalow, they had little idea of the house’s astonishing history.
