- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and stemmed
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Combine the cilantro leaves, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, to taste in a mini food processor and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve as a condiment.
