- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- Pomegranate rubies
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar
- Pinch of garam masala
- 1 teaspoon chopped coriander
- Combine yoghurt with salt, sugar, garam masala and coriander.
- Stir to combine.
- Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Garnish with Pomegranate rubies.
