
Lemon and Garlic Shrimp Kebab

Ingredients
- 1 lb (454 g) raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
- Zest of 1 lemon, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 pinch of red pepper
- salt and pepper
- 6 wooden skewer, soaked in water 30 minutes
- 1 lemon cut in 6 pieces
Method
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, zest, oil and red pepper. Thread the shrimps on the skewer, season with salt and pepper
- Refrigerate 10 minutes
- Preheat barbecue at high heat or preheat ridged skillet
- Grill skewers at high heat for approximately 1 minute each side. Serve with a piece of lemon on a rectangular plate.
