Grilled Nectarines with Honey Balsamic Glaze
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 125ml (½ cup) plus 30ml (2 tbs) honey
- 60ml (¼ cup) balsamic vinegar
- 2.5ml (½ tsp) vanilla
- 6 nectarines
Method
- Whisk together the honey, vinegar and vanilla to make a glaze. Brush nectarines with half of glaze
- Grill until heated through. Drizzle with remaining glaze.
- Serve with crème farce mixed with honey.
