This is more a simple combination than a recipe, and is a fantastic, healthy, and very quick breakfast. The oats, with their slow-releasing carbohydrates, will keep your little ones going until lunch. Add some fruit too, if you wish, such as raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries, peaches or pears.
- 4–6 tbsp really good yoghurt, natural or with fruit
- 1 small handful of porridge oats
- 1 tsp honey
- Place the yoghurt in a bowl, sprinkle with oats, drizzle with honey and serve.
