Ingredients
- 8 Black Angus prime rib-eye steaks (each about 10 ounces)
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Grilled peppers, for serving (optional)
- 1 small bunch watercress, for garnish (optional)
Method
- Brush grill well to clean. Preheat grill on high. Carefully wipe grill with vegetable oil.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steaks about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, for medium rare. Alternatively, cook until preferred doneness. Serve steaks with grilled peppers and garnish with watercress.
