Pancetta Wrapped Shrimp


Yield: 24 appetizers.

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium for 10 minutes. Combine spices, sugar and lemon juice in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add the shrimp and marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Wrap the shrimp with the pancetta, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  3. Brush the grids with olive oil or vegetable oil.
  4. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side, until the shrimp becomes opaque and curls.
