Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pint low-fat vanilla ice cream, preferably Edy’s or Dreyer’s Slow-Churned Light Ice Cream, slightly softened
- 1/3 cup 1% milk
- 2 packages Oreo Thin Crisps 100-Calorie Packs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Puree the ice cream and milk in a blender until smooth.
- Add the cookies and blend until most are broken completely with a few larger chunks remaining.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, divide among 4 glasses, and serve.
