Easy, Moderate, Complex
Yield: 2 servings
- 4 thick slices bacon
- 2 – 3 tablespoons maple syrup (30 – 45 ml)
- Cut ½” thick slices of bacon from a big slab or have your butcher do it. (1.5 cm)
- Cook in a pan over medium heat. Brown one side (3 min) then flip over and finish in the oven. About 5 more minutes.
- Glaze at the end with a drizzle of maple syrup
