Ginger Mule

Ingredients

  • 4 cups ginger ale
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1½ cups dark rum
  • 1/3 -½ cup lime juice, to taste
  • 3 tbsp shredded fresh ginger
  • a handful of mint leaves, torn (optional)
  • ½-1 cup green ginger wine (optional)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a jug and serve over ice.
  2. For a non-alcoholic version, replace the rum with iced tea and omit the green ginger wine.
