
Ginger Mule

Ingredients
- 4 cups ginger ale
- ¾ cup orange juice
- 1½ cups dark rum
- 1/3 -½ cup lime juice, to taste
- 3 tbsp shredded fresh ginger
- a handful of mint leaves, torn (optional)
- ½-1 cup green ginger wine (optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a jug and serve over ice.
- For a non-alcoholic version, replace the rum with iced tea and omit the green ginger wine.
