Figure of 8 Concrete pavers

What you will need:

  • Polystyrene
  • Pencil
  • Knife
  • Steel trowel
  • Straight edge
  • X2 buckets of riversand
  • X1 bucket of stone (13mm)
  • X1 bucket of cement
  • Water

What to do:

  1. Draw the  outline of the figure of 8 on the polystyrene board,
  2. Cut out the figure of 8 shape on polystyrene board. The mould is now ready
  3. Mix 2 buckets of riversand, 1 bucket of stone and 1 bucket of cement with water. Be careful not to add too much water as the concrete mixture needs to be of yoghurt consistency.
  4. Place a level board underneath the polystyrene mould. Pour in the concrete mixture and use a steel trowel to compact into the mould.
  5. Use a straight edge to make sure the top of the paver is level
