With a kitchen and bathroom to replace and a master bedroom,hall, stairs and landing to improve the team have got their work cut out! Can they add that all important £15,000 to the value of the house or will they be going home unpaid! Their success or failure is all in the hands of the local estate agents and their final valuation.
Episode 17 – HULL
Today Jonnie Irwin and the team are in Hull to work on a family home in need of some help. They take on a kitchen, bathroom, living rooms and bedrooms – a massive challenge but can they add the required £15,000 to the value of the house? It’s all down to the final valuation by the estate agents.
Episode 18 – CLAYTON LE MOORS
The Renovation Game team are with Jonnie Irwin today to tackle a house with a big kitchen knock through that needs finishing off. They have to overcome design problems in the kitchen and cope with the problem of a piano in the small dining room which gets painted pink with the wall to try and disguise it! The pressure is on – can they add the magic £15,000 to the value of the house – all will be revealed once the estate agents have had their second look.

The Renovation Game team are in the Midlands today joined by Melissa Porter where they tackle a tired house and bring it bang up to date. They close in unnecessary doors between bedrooms and rebuild a kitchen wall to separate it from the living room. The Renovation Game team are in the north today – Preston in Lancashire. Jonnie Irwin joins them as they transform a house that’s stuck in the past. Can they add the necessary 15,000 to its value though or will they be going home unpaid? Its all down to those estate agents!
Episode 21 – BANBURY
Today the Renovation Game team are near Banbury with Jonnie Irwin to help improve the house of a single mother and her two children. They take on a massive project – rebuilding a large kitchen/diner as well as giving them a brand new sitting room and conservatory. Will they get it finished on time and will the homeowners like it? Its the estate agents who decide if the tean have reached their target amount and will get paid.
Episode 22 – HEREFORD
Melissa Porter joins the Renovation Game team today in Herefordshire. They take on a house owned by a young couple who are overwhelmed by the amount of work that needs doing to their house. The team rebuild the kitchen, refurbish the living area as well as the master bedroom and office upstairs. As the house is small it could be difficult for them to make their £15,000 – the estate agents will reveal all on their second visit!
Episode 23 – ALCESTER
Simon O’Brien joins the Renovation Game team today in the Midlands where they are tackling a house for a single homeowner who is at the end of her tether! There’s masses to do – a new kitchen with better access, living and dining rooms, master bedroom and the front driveway which is desperately short of kerb appear. Will the homeowner like what they have done but more importantly will the estate agents increase its value by £15,000 or more?

Today the Renovation Game team are in Cardiff with presenter Jonnie Irwin. The team take on a family townhouse in need of some renovation and they cleverly increase the floorspace in the kitchen. Will the work be completed in time and will they manage to add that magic £15,000 to the value of the property? The team will know once the estate agents have done their final valuation.
Episode 25- KINGS NORTON
The Renovation Game team are in the Midlands today with Jonnie Irwin. The house they are tackling has a huge unkempt garden which they want to overhaul but will it help add the necessary £15,000 and will the weather hold for them. Once the homeowner has seen the finished design its down to the estate agents to determine whether the team will get paid!
Episode 26 – SHREWSBURY
Simon O’Brien and the team are in Shropshire today to work on the house of a young couple struggiling to make ends meet. The team have their work cut out with six rooms to work on – will they get it finished in time and can they really add £15,000 to the property’s value? A young couple have stretched themselves to buy it but need some help getting it together. As usual they have loads of work to do in three days – can they pull it off and will they make that magic £15,000 on the value of the house? Its all down to the estate agents!

They have shed loads of work to do in just three days but will they get it finished and will the homeowners like it? Episode 29 – BRISTOL
The Renovation Game are in South Gloucestershire today with Jonnie Irwin. Today’s project is transforming the downstairs of a house into a kitchen/diner and lounge. With design crucial they set to work on the massive project with a few problems along the way. They only have three days to get it all finished and then the homeowners will be back to see the fruits of their labours. The big question is will they get paid – have they added the necessary £15K to the value of the house? This will be revealed once the estate agents have done they final viewing.
Episode 30 -BRISTOL
In today’s Renovation Game Jonnie Irwin joins the team in the city of Bristol. They take on an old fashioned end terrace house owned by a young couple who need some help. They tackle the bathroom and the boring paved garden but will this be enough to add the necessary £15,000 to the value of the house – the team are not sure! Three days later the homeowners view the end result and then its time for the estate agents final valuation to determine if the team have done it or not!
