Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 cups cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dried, pitted dates, roughly chopped
  • Grated nutmeg

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a glass or glasses and serve.
