Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cups cream or half-and-half
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried, pitted dates, roughly chopped
- Grated nutmeg
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into a glass or glasses and serve.
