Coconut Prawns on skewers

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Clean and de-vein the prawns
  2. Dip the prawns in the eggs and then immediately into the coconut
  3. Deep fry the prawns until the coconut becomes lightly browned and crispy
  4. Drain the excess oil from the prawns on some kitchen towel
  5. Serve the prawns on skewers with fresh slices of lemons
