PSR 1080 cordless drill driver | Bottom shelf 20 mm x 400 mm x 1000mm – 1 pieces |
Pex sander | Middle shelf 20 mm x 300mm x 1000mm – 1 piece |
PFS 300 spray gun | cupboard rail plus end caps – 1 mtr length x 2 pieces. (aluminium oval type) this can be substituted for 20mm chrome pipe and ends |
PSR 18 Li cordless drill | wheels +/- 50mm x 4 |
angle grinder with Bosch thin discs | screws – 4 x 60mm |
Router | screws 4 x 16mm |
wood glue | |
Varnish – clear or tinted (you choose) |
Follow these steps
- Mark out where shelves will fit on legs/sides
- Draw out shape for legs
- Cut out first leg as template
- Copy this onto all four legs
- Cut out legs
- Clamp together and sand to the same shape
- Cut and rout salts in top shelf
- Join bottom and top shelf to legs
- Varnish
- Cut rails to size and install
- Attach wheels
