Chutney Chicken Casserole


  • 6-8 Free Range Chicken thigh pieces
  • 100ml Mayonnaise
  • 100ml Chutney
  • 25-50ml apple cider vinegar
  • 50ml milk
  • 6-8 Baby onions
  • Crushed garlic


  1. Combine Mayonnaise and Chutney, whisking to blend
  2. Add vinegar and milk and crushed garlic
  3. Pour over chicken pieces and onions
  4. Bake on low heat , and then grill to brown and crisp chicken skin.
  5. Serve hot with rice
