Chocolate Mendiants
Ingredients
- Dark Chocolate
- Fillings for Mendiants
- Assortment of nuts
- Dried fruits
- Cacao nibs
- Nougat
Method
- Line a baking sheet with Parchment Paper
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate
- Using a soup spoon, spoon the melted chocolate into rounds on the parchment paper
- Add the variety of toppings onto the melted chocolate before the chocolate sets
- Allow the mendiants to set in the fridge
- Serve with some good quality ice cream or with after dinner drinks
