Chicken or Beef Schwarma

Serves 4



  1. Mix all the spices together and set aside.
  2. Heat a frying pan.
  3. Add a little olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle chicken or lamb with the spice mixture and fry in batches until golden and soft and cooked through.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Fill the pita with some meat, hummus, tahina and salad.
