Black Olive and Sun-dried Tomato Tapenade

Yield:  approximately 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 large bunch of basil leaves
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro leaves to garnish
  • Sprinkled sea salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon grated frozen ginger

Method

  1.  Put everything into a food processor and puree until smooth.
