Yield: 1 Cup
- 1 cup of orange marmalade
- the juice and zest of one lemon
- 1 Tbsp of Sambal or your favourite chili garlic sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp or so of fish sauce
- Whisk all the ingredients together and use as a dipping sauce or toss with just-cooked wings as a glaze. Either way, serve and share!
