Episode 1 – Adults Only Dinner

It’s time to wake your taste buds up with an adult menu that is so easy to prepare, it will seem like child’s play. Claire will start off by making a light and fresh chopped asparagus salad. Plus, a skin-on Salmon, broiled to a crispy perfection. Claire partners those plates with a black tie linguini tossed with artichoke hearts and pancetta. It’s time to sing and dance in the kitchen as Claire brings the entire experience of New Orleans’s Jazz Fest straight to your home. Starting off with a full flavored gumbo done in only- what?!- five ingredients, Claire is making these classics easy for all! Claire then shows us how to make a Muffaletta sandwich that will make your mouth water. Episode 3 – My Team is on Fire

Claire celebrates all her sports fans and game day fanatics alike with a menu that is sure to score at any party! Claire starts with a classic – the chicken wing – and eliminates the fuss with her broiled hot pepper wings. She then takes all the best of Buffalo Chicken and puts it in a creamy, delicious dip.
