Claire is making a Spanish influenced menu that is ideal for entertaining. First, Spicy Baked Chickpeas; delicious, crunchy bites that are perfect to pop in your mouth. Then a Baked Fresh Ricotta, she adds olives, a hint of orange and voila, the perfect party starter. And to really wow your friends, Claire is making Rioja Steamed Mussels with Chorizo, you won’t believe how much flavour is packed into these babies. This meal will transport your taste buds to faraway places, even if you are just having a picnic in the park.  Claire starts things off with a fresh cucumber salad topped off with a creamy Greek yogurt dressing. She then makes delicious lamb sandwiches with crumbled feta cheese and finishes things off with a toasted Israeli couscous made with only 5 tasty ingredients.

It’s a lazy day and Claire is making some of her favourite brunch recipes. Moist, mouthwatering brown butter muffins go great with her creamy vanilla bean yogurt coconut smoothie.
