Then, she’s making a blueberry rub that takes Pork Tenderloin to a whole new level of flavor. And the perfect side to this delicious meal, savory Wild Rice with Cherries and pecans. Episode 11 – Gal Pal Mammas

On this episode Claire is paying tribute to all the moms that have inspired her cooking. She’s starting things off with a delicious appetizer, Tarragon Deviled Eggs. Then, she is reinventing a classic with her Twice Cooked Turkey Meatloaf, a tasty and healthier alternative to the meatloaf we all know and love. Episode 10 – Figgy Piggy

Ham is a year-round southern staple and one of Claire’s most beloved foods. On this episode she’s updating her childhood favorite and making a simple but very flavorful Fig Glazed Ham accompanied by a parsnip apple puree for that perfect sweet and salty combo. Claire’s favorite color is green and by the time she is done with this menu it will be your favorite color too! Episode 8 –  Spanish Influences

Claire is making a Spanish influenced menu that is ideal for entertaining. First, Spicy Baked Chickpeas; delicious, crunchy bites that are perfect to pop in your mouth. Then a Baked Fresh Ricotta, she adds olives, a hint of orange and voila, the perfect party starter. And to really wow your friends, Claire is making Rioja Steamed Mussels with Chorizo, you won’t believe how much flavour is packed into these babies. Let’s not forget about the White Sangria With Stoned Fruit, it’s a taste of Spain all with just 5 ingredients.

Episode 7 – Faraway Places

This meal will transport your taste buds to faraway places, even if you are just having a picnic in the park.  Claire starts things off with a fresh cucumber salad topped off with a creamy Greek yogurt dressing. She then makes delicious lamb sandwiches with crumbled feta cheese and finishes things off with a toasted Israeli couscous made with only 5 tasty ingredients.

Episode 6 – Lazy Brunch

It’s a lazy day and Claire is making some of her favourite brunch recipes. Moist, mouthwatering brown butter muffins go great with her creamy vanilla bean yogurt coconut smoothie. But the true stars of this brunch are Claire’s southern eggs en cocotte, made with only 5 ingredients but so rich and delicious you may just have to take a little nap after finishing your plate.

Claire Robinson puts together a quick weeknight dinner perfectly designed for hanging out at home with a girlfriend.  Her Chipotle Lime Chicken Tacos with Grilled Corn Slaw and Layered Shrimp Salad are simple but bursting with flavour.  And of course no girls night is complete without cocktails, and this one is freshness in a glass – Cucumber and Watermelon Margaritas.
