Directions
- 3 cups (750 ml) watermelon cut in 1 in. cubes (2.5 cm)
- 1 cup (250 ml) feta cheese drained and cut in ¼ in. (1 cm) dice
- 1/2 English cucumber, peeled, without the seeds and cut in ¼ in. (1 cm) dice 1/3 cup (75 ml) broiled, salted Sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Serve as an entrée in a pretty stem glass.
