Utility Box

A fun project with many possible uses. The utility box can be customized to fit your needs – whether for camera gear, crafting or even as a picnic box.

You will need

PCM compound saw Ply wood 8-9mm thick
PST 18 JigSaw Box bottom and lid 500 x 350mm – 2 pieces
PSR 18 Cordless drill Box lower front and back 500 x 100 mm – 2 pieces
PEX 220 sander Box lower sides 350 x 100 mm – 2 pieces
PFS 2000 spray Box lid front and back 500 mm x 50mm – 2 pieces
Palm router Box lid sides 350 x 50mm – 2 pieces
Angle grinder with skinny discs Ply wood +/- 5mm
pop rivet gun Insert bottom 490 x 340mm – 1 piece
PTK 14 E Tacker with 10 and 14mm long staples and nails Insert front and back 490 x 90mm – 2 pieces
  Insert sides and dividers 350 – 90mm – 6 pieces
  alu angle +/- 19mm – 1800 – 2 pieces
  alu flat 16mm x 1300 – 2 pieces
  50-70mm but hinges silver colour – 2 pieces
  hook and loop type clasp
  wood glue
  peeled rivet 4.0 x 15mm – 100 pieces
  screws 3.5 x 20mm
  Clear varnish
  Black spray paint x 1 tin
  Handle , fold down type
